Spell Business Pro and its companion applications, including Spell POS and Spell Rewards, are proprietary software products owned and developed by Spell Solutions LLC.
The original source code, compiled software, product design, user interface, documentation, branding, and content are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual-property laws. No permission is granted to copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as expressly authorized in writing by Spell Solutions LLC or permitted by law.
Product names and branding
Spell Business Pro, Spell POS, Spell Rewards, Spell Solutions, their logos, and related product branding belong to Spell Solutions LLC. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Third-party component notices
Certain third-party software components are used under their respective licenses. Those licenses apply only to the identified components and do not grant rights to Spell Solutions LLC proprietary software, product names, trademarks, designs, or content.
